Consider It Done Construction installed new doors, installed new trim, and painted the doors, trim, and walls.

Kitchen Sink Flashing Repair

This customer was having problems with water on the area behind the sink. 

Consider It Done Construction added a strip of flashing here to keep the water off the area.

Water Damage in Bathroom

If you look closely, the discoloration that comes from water damage is apparent in this flooring. 

The floor trim had to be removed first, in order to get the damaged flooring up. 

 

Consider It Done Construction repaired the damage, installed new vinyl flooring, and salvaged the original floor base. 

Bathroom Flooring Repair

This bathroom floor remodel is another gruesome one. We had to peel up the damage first. 

This is the same little nook next to the shower after the fix. 

It was a very complicated floor plan to do in just one piece of vinyl. 

Consider It Done Construction has the experience to lay even convoluted-shaped floors with just one piece of vinyl, resulting in a seamless install.

Exterior Trim Paint

 The masking was tedious. 

But, wow. Wasn't it worth it? 

New Bathroom Vinyl Flooring

Here's a grainy picture of the flooring that needed to be replaced. If you look closely, you can see the discoloration by the toilet.

Consider It Done Construction repaired the dry rot under the toilet, replaced the flooring, vinyl trim, and the transition strip at the doorway.

Vintage Kitchen Remodel

The owners were ready to renovate this kitchen. 

The first thing we did was to remove the damaged sheetrock. Underneath, we found vintage wainscoting. The home owner (with their designers' encouragement) opted for us to restore/preserve it. 

Consider It Done Construction painted, replaced the flooring, made the trims throughout, pushed out the sink area, replaced the sink, and replaced the counters.

This little cabinet to the right of the stove didn't fit.

We coordinated the construction of a new cabinet here. 

Consider It Done Construction replaced all the countertops with zinc.

We worked closely with our favorite designer, Kathy Hanson on this project. She selected colors, finishes, and various changes, and also advised on the renovation of the plate holder on the wall. 

Tile Bathroom Flooring

Consider It Done Construction painted and replaced the toilet. The tile is Travertine, with an upgrade to a heated floor.  

Custom Flooring Transition Strip

You have to look closely to see the work area: This nice new flooring needed a transition strip, and the available pre-made choices were either ugly metal or a vinyl that didn't match.

Consider It Done Construction made a piece of wood do the job. We milled the wood to follow the curved transition line exactly. We stained it to match the wood flooring, and now you almost don't see it at all. Which is an ideal application for a transition strip!

Interior Window Trim

The customer wanted this window trimmed out. 

Consider It Done did the woodwork, the customer will paint it.

Entry Trim Repair

Just a little dry rot repair on this entry.

Once it's painted, it looks perfect again.

Quick Kitchen Backsplash

This nice kitchen, unfortunately, had a sloppy, and too low, tile back splash.

Consider It Done Construction proposed an economical solution. Instead of removing the tile, we covered it uniformly with a laminate countertop material. Now, it's as smooth and clean as the rest of the kitchen, without compromising durability.

Exterior Touch Up

This beautiful home had some dry rot problems with the trim on the first floor windows. The deadline for the job was looming, and the weather was not cooperating. Consider It Done Construction came up with this solution: Fix, paint, and mask until dry.

Unorthodox, but it worked!

Window Replacement

 Old aluminum windows and wood trim were removed with the old window.

New windows for the entire home were installed with new flashing and new trim. Once all the windows were replaced, Consider It Done Construction painted the exterior of the house and garage.

Bathroom Remodel

 A typical older bathroom in need of upgrades.

Consider it Done Construction replaced the cabinet, mirror and flooring. We removed the wallpaper, repaired the walls, and painted. When the customer indicated a space heater was needed, Consider It Done Construction was able to coordinate installation with a licensed electrician.
