Uneven Bathroom Floor

Apparently, this was an ongoing problem, that was neglected. 

It might not look too bad in the photo...

So, we put a piece of wood down to show you.....Wow, that's one wavy floor!

 The damage was extensive. 

 We pulled the toilet, and stowed it in the tub for safe-keeping...

 and started demo on the floor. 

 We had to go really deep on this one.

It's amazing how damaging water can be.

Consider It Done Construction has a great deal of experience repairing dry rot.
Our observation is: the longer it is left un-repaired, the deeper the damage.

Kitchen Floor Repair

 We found the floor had damage under the fridge.

 First we cut away the damaged wood, and repaired the area. 

 This is the repair; ready for vinyl. 

 But, of course the rest of the room needed to be prepped, too!

 Nice new vinyl where the fridge and stove belong.

Deck Replacement with a Pattern

 The owner of this deck wanted us to match the pattern of the deck when we replaced it.

Sagging Roofline

Our job was to fix the belly in the roof 

prior to our roofing contractors taking over to replace the roof on this home. 

 Believe it or not, that's a straight board, across the sagging roof. 

I put my tape measure under the board for scale.

 This is the roof after we finished. As you can see, the roofer is impatiently waiting for me to take this picture and get out of his way!

Whole House Exterior Painting

What follows are Before and After pictures of a recent paint job. The color is somewhat hard to discern because of the bright sunlight, so we'll tell you here: The home was originally light blue with darker blue trim. We upgraded it to a beige body and off white trim.

Water Damage Under Dishwasher

 This is the damage Consider It Done Construction was hired to fix.

 We cut out the damaged wood, then replaced it with new wood. 

 The area was then prepped prior to installing new vinyl flooring.

Here it is finished.

Exterior Painting Improvements

Here's a home in need of updating.

Notice the landscaping, new roof, pressure washing and painting. We also removed the old/tired planter boxes that were hanging over the garage door.
