Exterior Door Replacement

 

This door was removed...

 

and replaced. 

Living Room Paint

 If you look closely, you can see the old, damaged paint on the right, and the new paint on the left.

(Because the kitchen was getting painted too, we moved the range to a 'safe place' during the painting.)

Adding a Threshhold

For some reason, this old house was missing a threshold in this interior doorway.

Consider It Done Construction was able to copy one of the existing thresholds elsewhere in the house so it this new one would match exactly.

Fascia Dry Rot

This was under the old gutters. 

 All the rot needed to be removed and replaced.

Here's a picture of the job as we were fixing it.

All fixed! The new gutters will go on right over this.

Barbecue Table

This was a fun project for a good customer. She asked Consider It Done Construction to build a custom BBQ table for her deck. 

She wanted a metal top, one shelf, and wheels underneath.
We built the table to her specifications and when we delivered it, we attached hooks to the sides exactly where the customer wanted them.
