Siding and Trim

 

Wow, this place needed help.

 

New siding, new trim around windows, new roof, and gutters. 

Then, new exterior paint. The vinyl windows stayed the same. 

Conversion to Shower

The customer wanted this tub converted to a shower. Consider It Done Construction prepped the area and coordinated the installation of the cultured marble surround, and plumber. This picture was taken just before the shower head and controls were installed. 

Rental Kitchen

 

 

This place got new floors, curtains, and paint.

 A whole house, re-do. Ready for renters.

Handrail

This customer requested that Consider It Done Construction match this hand rail on the lower portion of the stairs.

We were able to add a handrail at the bottom of the stairs, and wrap the handrail around so it was as far out as possible, making it easy for the elderly occupants to use. 

Whole House Remodel

This little house needed a big fix. 

It needed a roof, sump pump, siding, gutters and a new front door.

The owner wanted the deck extended, but didn't want to remove the existing decking. Consider It Done Construction added a bit of deck on the side. Access to under the house was required for repairs. Just need to finish the touch-up paint, and it's ready for the renters.
