Pressure Washing

Consider It Done Construction can pressure wash prior to applying paint or stain.

Sometimes (like this job) we were hired to simply clean up using our high-powered machine. 

Gate Hole Repair

This hole was the problem.

 Someone had cut a hole in the gate so this wheel could swivel. 

Consider It Done Construction re-engineered the gate, and closed the hole in the gate so the owner's dog wouldn't get loose.

This is what the back of the gate looked like before the repairs. 

With the addition of this little wheel on the post of the gate, the hole was no longer necessary, and the gate opens and closes smoothly.
Problem. Solved.

Fence Replacement

This fence was rotting.

Because this customer opted for high-end materials the job went from just a fence, to landscape architecture. Consider It Done Construction suggested two additions to the factory fence panels: 1) A strip of pressure treated wood at the bottom of the fence, so contact with the dirt will not speed decay,  and 2) Caps at the top of the posts for a finishing touch.
