Kitchen Counter

Time to update these counters. An economical choice to improve this kitchen.

Customer selected the counter top color, installed by Consider It Done Construction.

New Front Porch

No way to save this porch. The rot was everywhere.

The customer wanted a bigger front porch. (Notice Mike's job-dog busily at work) A sub-contractor built the new foundation under the porch. Consider It Done Construction coordinated the sub-contractor while milling custom posts to approximate the original ones. Because the scale of the finished porch was bigger, the post brackets were slightly enlarged. CIDC also coordinated the new roofing for the porch, (and the roofing on the rest of the house). Broken windows were fixed instead of replaced because they were fairly new double-paned vinyl windows.
CIDC did the exterior painting. Hard to believe it's the same house.

Wood Floor Refinishing

As soon as the finish was set, we moved the furniture back in.

Store Front

This commercial building had exterior dry rot.

Seven of the posts were damaged. Consider It Done Construction fabricated 7 replacement posts to match the existing posts. We also removed and replaced the upper band around the building, enclosed the exterior lighting in the band, corrected the flashing along the top, and put the fascia board back above the posts. This building is located in the town of Sisters Oregon, and to-date is our furthest project to the east.

Fence Replacement

This fence was rotting.

Because this customer opted for high-end materials the job went from just a fence, to landscape architecture. Consider It Done Construction suggested two additions to the factory fence panels: 1) A strip of pressure treated wood at the bottom of the fence, so contact with the dirt will not speed decay,  and 2) Caps at the top of the posts for a finishing touch.

Kitchen Remodel

This was a kitchen being upgraded for a high end rental. Consider It Done Construction painted the cabinets, installed new appliances, and painted the walls throughout the home. After the painting was done, we installed laminate flooring.

selected to install the quartz counter tops.

Dont Try This At Home

The customer wanted a custom cabinet here.

This was a fun project that required an old school cabinet build/installation. Consider It Done Construction fabricated this bank of enclosed shelving to match circa 1940's cabinetry elsewhere in the home. Normally, a cabinet contractor would install the cabinetry, but in this case, it was a custom woodworking job.

Later, when the customer is ready to resume the improvements in this room, Consider It Done Construction will complete the trim, and add large drawers for wrapping paper in the bottom cavities.
