Exterior Painting Improvements

Here's a home in need of updating.

Notice the landscaping, new roof, pressure washing and painting. We also removed the old/tired planter boxes that were hanging over the garage door.

It's remarkable what a little TLC, and careful updating, can do for a home. 

Replacing Rotted Post

In wet climates, the bottom of posts tend to rot. This one needed to be replaced.

The home owner will paint the new post as soon as the rains stop.

Backyard Tea House

This is the structure the customer wanted replaced. 

 Of course, you have to remove the old to make room for the new. 

Framing.

Next, the roof truss.

Cedar roofing, privacy wall, and eaves.

And, finally....the benches.
