This is the structure the customer wanted replaced. 

 Of course, you have to remove the old to make room for the new. 

Framing.

Next, the roof truss.

Cedar roofing, privacy wall, and eaves.

And, finally....the benches.

Here's one more shot of the finished Tea House. This should get a lot of use over the summer!

Small Back Porch Stairs

 The deck had shifted 3 inches, the top was rotten, and so was one of the posts.

In about a day, Consider It Done Construction, dismantled and hauled away the old structure, then re-built it.

Fancy Backyard Bench

There was no place to sit down near this stone patio, so our customer requested a dramatic solution.

We built this using her original bench design.

Here's the bench finished. Won't it look great with a fire pot in front (some day)? 

This creative customer sure has some great ideas for her outside 'rooms'!

After installing new windows, the trim and siding was repaired. Consider It Done Construction painted with new colors, which were first approved by the customer.
