Motorized Stair Lift

This was a mobility issue. 

Consider It Done Construction was able to help these customers stay in their home, 

even though they couldn't climb stairs anymore.

Gate Replacement

This is the fence/gate before the replacement.

 This is what the outside looked like when Consider It Done Construction finished building the new gate.

Pump House

 The flat roof on this pump house was 30 years old and beginning to fail.

Consider It Done Construction built a sub structure to pitch the roof for water run off, and coordinated all the roof work.
 

Exterior Touch Up

This beautiful home had some dry rot problems with the trim on the first floor windows. The deadline for the job was looming, and the weather was not cooperating. Consider It Done Construction came up with this solution: Fix, paint, and mask until dry.

Unorthodox, but it worked!

Barrier Posts

 A fun project: repair and protect this downspout.

 

Consider It Done Construction cut out the asphalt, installed the posts, filled the posts with concrete, replaced the downspout, and repaired the asphalt. When the concrete was dry, we painted the posts to match.

Window Replacement

 Old aluminum windows and wood trim were removed with the old window.

New windows for the entire home were installed with new flashing and new trim. Once all the windows were replaced, Consider It Done Construction painted the exterior of the house and garage.

Jewelry Tower

This was a great find at an antique store.

 It just needed to be taller. 

So I used the old drawers, and made a new box tower for all 22 of them.

 A special distressed painting technique, and voila! A nice jewelry cabinet.
