Bathroom Remodel

This homeowner chose to use their existing bathroom cabinet. (look for it in the before and after pictures)

Consider It Done Construction replaced the flooring, painted, and added trim around the window and along the floor. 

Rental Kitchen: a big change

 

This home needed work on all surfaces and systems. The customer wanted to keep the existing kitchen cabinets and counter tops.Consider It Done Construction coordinated everything. This picture was taken just before we buttoned it up.

 

After the repairing the walls and holes in the floor, this rental got new vinyl, paint, and light fixtures.

Small Bathroom Remodel

  The customer wanted new flooring, walls repaired, interior paint, and the cabinet/sink replaced with a pedestal sink.

During renovation.

New Vinyl

Floor has been prepped, floor trim removed.

New vinyl installed, existing floor trim re-installed.

Siding and Trim

 

Wow, this place needed help.

 

New siding, new trim around windows, new roof, and gutters. 

Then, new exterior paint. The vinyl windows stayed the same. 

Conversion to Shower

The customer wanted this tub converted to a shower. Consider It Done Construction prepped the area and coordinated the installation of the cultured marble surround, and plumber. This picture was taken just before the shower head and controls were installed. 

Rental Kitchen

 

 

This place got new floors, curtains, and paint.

 A whole house, re-do. Ready for renters.
