This picture makes it look easy. In actuality, Consider It Done Construction had to dismantle this entire railing, and plane each individual board in order to remove the peeling finish. It was very labor-intensive, but the result is "like new".

Safer Stairs
This staircase to the basement was so old, the treads were smaller than the average feet of the college students that use it. The owner of the house wanted the stairs rebuilt with wider treads.
Now, an average sized college student wont have a problem descending the basement stairs.

Protective Deck Finish
This beautiful view property was improved when Consider It Done Construction resurfaced the deck with a non-slip water barrier product.

Laminate Flooring Replacement
Before
Customer picked the laminate, Consider It Done Construction delivered it to the jobsite, and installed it once the materials had been acclimated to the space.

Kitchen Hood Installation
Customer was ready to replace this hood. She selected a new hood with lights.
Because this fan was a different size, some custom trim work was used to finish off all the edges. Once it's painted, you'll never notice the trim.
